Deposit & Cancellation Policies
Deposit Policy
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment time and a $100 deposit will be processed at the time of scheduling. This $100 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of services provided at the time of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A $100 cancellation fee will be applied for any appointment cancelled within two hours of the scheduled arrival window. In other words, if you previously made a deposit to reserve an appointment and then cancel with less than two hour’s notice, this $100 deposit is forfeited. If/when the family is ready to schedule again, another deposit will be taken to reserve the secondary appointment.
